Payment Options

10% early-pay discount for full payment before Dec 31, 2026
After that: full payment, or 5 equal monthly installments (Jan–May 2027)

Sponsor Commitments

Provide a high-resolution logo (vector preferred) by Jan 15, 2027
Spirit Theme Night and First Pitch dates scheduled first-come, first-served
First pitch/activation opportunities are based on the season's home game schedule (approximately 11 home games in recent seasons); exact dates confirmed annually once the schedule is released
Spirit Theme Night dates are limited by the number of team-hosted nights each season; availability confirmed annually and assigned first-come, first-served
Content subject to McKinney ISD and Al Alford Field approval
Sponsorships non-refundable after banner production begins
The Booster Club will issue an acknowledgment letter for tax purposes
